Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Wisdomwhitz Preschool. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website www.wisdomwhitz.edu.my, the enrolment of children at our preschool, and all related services. By registering your child or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as the laws and regulations of Malaysia, including the Child Care Centre Act 1984, Ministry of Education (MOE) preschool guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

Enrolment & Registration

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon submission of all required forms, supporting documents, and payment of registration fees or deposits.
• Parents/Guardians must provide complete and accurate information regarding their child’s identity, health status, and immunisation records.
• Any changes in contact details, medical conditions, or family circumstances must be communicated to the school promptly.

Fees & Payment

• Fees are payable in advance, in accordance with the schedule communicated by the school.
• Registration and deposit fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Late payments may attract administrative charges.
• Withdrawal of a child requires written notice in line with the school’s withdrawal policy; refunds (if any) will follow the school’s published refund schedule.

Attendance & Operating Hours

• Children must be dropped off and picked up within the stated operating hours.
• Additional charges may apply for extended care or late pickups.
• The preschool will observe public holidays, school holidays, and occasional closure days. No compensation or refund will be given for closures due to public safety issues, weather, or events beyond our control.

Health & Safety

• In compliance with Malaysian childcare regulations, children must have up-to-date immunisations.
• Children displaying symptoms of contagious illnesses must remain at home until medically cleared.
• Parents are responsible for informing the school of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs of their child.
• In emergencies, the school may seek medical treatment for a child, and parents agree to bear any resulting costs.
